About the product you will work on
You will work across all Hatch products, including resume tools, cover letters, interview preparation, and admin and reporting features used by organizations.
This role focuses on understanding how the business and platform operate end to end and turning data into clear insights that support decision making.

In this role, you will:
Build and maintain dashboards and reports that track core business and operational metrics
Analyze product usage, customer behavior, and revenue data to identify trends and risks
Support financial forecasting, budgeting, and scenario modeling
Partner with leadership to answer ad hoc analytical questions and inform strategic decisions
Improve data quality, definitions, and consistency across systems
Help streamline internal processes and identify operational inefficiencies
Support reporting needs related to nonprofit, enterprise, or funder requirements where applicable
You may be a good fit if:
You have experience in operations, finance, analytics, or a related role
You are comfortable working with data to answer ambiguous business questions
You can translate numbers into clear insights for non technical stakeholders
You are detail oriented and care about data accuracy and consistency
You enjoy building structure in fast moving environments
Experience with SaaS metrics, financial modeling, or nonprofit reporting is a strong plus

💰 Competitive compensation with a base salary range of $90,000 to $120,000 CAD, depending on location and experience
